Not only a great club, lounge and bar but a fantastic, innovative, award-winning restaurant. Located in the chic Holešovice quarter, in a former slaughterhouse. The original, hollowed out, industrial shell has been converted to a dramatic space, kitted out with brightly coloured walls, monumental paper lanterns, loose arrangement of armchairs and sofas; overlooked by watchfull, smiling Buddha statues. All this set to chill-out beats played out by the live DJ (Wed-Sat). After the meal you can continue with cocktail bar drinks or hit the club.
The intriguing menu encourages guests to pick and mix flavours and tastes to create a series of culinary highs. The menu itself is based on five main Asian cooking techniques:
SAMBAL: popular dishes in various parts of Asia are traditionaly made from chilli, ginger, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, shallots, lemon grass, kemiri nuts, kaffir leaves. Sambal represents the freshness of Asian markets, with a wealth of spices/aromas.
ROTI: represents the stone oven, commonly used in Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore. We bring this 500 degree oven to you, creating exceptional color, aroma and taste.
OTAK OTAK: A popular way to prepare fish and seafood in the Southeastern Asian islands, bringing together two techniques - steaming and frying.
TAI – TAI GRILL: Classic Grill with coconut milk that makes meat much more succulent and tender.
FLAME: Flame is the energy in Asian cooking. It describes the art of tossing the wok to create flavours from Shaoxing wine, spring onions, ginger, sesame oil.
