This sumptuous Czech Bistro is the brainchild of the famous Czech celebrity Chef Zdeněk Pohlreich. His other restaurants - Café Imperial and Divinis are allready among the top gastronomic establishments and this latest venue is sure too join them. The glamourous interior is nothing short of stunning - with a palate of historic details, elaborate ceiling fresco, distinct design features, subdued beige tones, bleached wood and exposed brick. The central atrium, flooded with daylight, gives guests views to an open kitchen where expert chefs are busy at work. While the street-side tables allow a calmer, more introverted atmosphere to prevail. Notwithstanding the flamboyant setting the prices are very reasonable and the staff friendly and approachable - allways at hand to recommend dishes and suitable accompanying wines. The contemporary Czech cuisine is outstanding, applying modern trends and techniques to Czech culinary traditions.
