COTTOCRUDO, located by the Vltava River with the entrance from Veleslavinova street represents a new urban chic dining and lounge venue. COTTOCRUDO showcases traditional authentic Italian recipes with a modern touch and brings a unique culinary experience to the restaurant scene in Prague.
Rene Beauchamp, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Prague, says: “COTTOCRUDO is representing a concept in keeping with today’s guest expectations and one that is relevant to the market: informal yet stylish, quality cuisine in a casual yet elegant setting, a venue with an independent spirit. The guests can select items from the Crudo bar or choose from an extensive menu or just meet for a wine and a selection of small bites. Your dining experience can be enjoyed in the restaurant, bar or lounge ambience – you choose.
The Crudo bar, cheese cellar, salami & prosciutti tower, pane e grissini with fresh bakery, wine cellar and cocktail bar will create a fun and interactive atmosphere. Quality ingredients will be used to create an Italian and Mediterranean menu, including fresh seafood, home made pasta, first-choice meat cuts and a selection of artisan products from Piedmont and Tuscany regions.
Richard Fuchs, Executive Chef, adds: “The kitchen team is excited about introducing COTTOCRUDO to the city - the concept will allow our team to interact with the guests and so create a fun and lively experience.”
COTTOCRUDO will offer 142 seats in the dining room, lounge and bar and will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The urban space is the creation of EDG Interior Architecture + Design.
